It has taken us 12 months to bring together, synergeticly a number of people, technology and resources so we can provide a quality service to you. |

It has been conclusive in our research that there are many, many mentoring and/or coaching individuals and business's operating in the market providing a range of services. |

But very few, if any have any formal qualification in mentoring, nor do they provide an opportunity for participants in their program to gain a formal qualification as a Mentor or Coach. |

Our initial phase is to train and qualify individuals as a Certificate IV Trainer and Assessor (TAA40104) specialising in Mentor and Coaching. |
